How does the set up service work?
We will set up your chairs and umbrellas by 10am in the morning but often much earlier, we start setting up at 7am and we start picking up at 5pm everyday. We do not open the umbrellas in the morning when setting up due to safety and insurance liablity reasons. It takes about 2.5 hours to set up and pick up on average so your exact set up / pick up time could vary depending on where you are located on the island. If you are renting directly on the beach we will often leave the equipment on the deck or walkway to the beach somewhere safe to make setting up easier every morning. If you are staying off the beach we will find the closest beach access and put a name tag on one of the chairs for you to identify your equipment. Please communicate with us if there is a specific beach access location you would prefer to avoid any confusion.
What is your return policy?
Our goal is to provide an amazing rental experience for all of our customers. If you are not satisfied with any of our rentals please contact us right away and we will replace your rental item or refund your money.
What are your delivery options?
We have delivery vehicles and workers that will drop off the rental equipment at your location. Often our customers are not yet at their vacation rental when we drop off so we try to put the items in locations that are safe from theft but also where you can find the items. When leaving please leave the items in the same location if possible. Also if your weekly rental ends at 5pm we often will pick up the follow morning especially if it ends on Friday or Saturday do to the volume of items being returned every week during those 2 days.
How do I track my rental order?
We will drop rental items off on the day you check in. Please email, call or text us using the contact information provided above if you would like to track your rental item.
How can I pay for my rental?
The easiest way to pay and book your rental is through our online website. www.topsailbeachservice.com You can pay online with your credit card. Or you can call us. Credit and debit card payments is our prefered method for payment. We recommend you prebook at least one month in advance of your rental. We often rent all of our equipment especially during peek season.
What is your Cancelation Policy?
Please provide us with as much notice as possible. You can call, text or email us to let us know of the cancelation.
